In 2023, I’ve been diving into the world of Transcendental Meditation, as taught by Maharishi and inspired by David Lynch. It’s been an eye-opener. Every day, I spend some time in meditation, and it’s amazing how it clears my mind and calms my nervous system.This album, which I decided to entitle ‘Music After Meditation,’ comes to fulfill exactly that need. I embrace and suggest meditating in silence, with all the noises of the surroundings as part of it. You start your meditation with a painted and noisy canvas, which during the meditation becomes cleaner and cleaner until it’s completely white and new.After the meditation is when you start with a white canvas and should decide which pigments to pick to create your new painting. Until the next meditation comes, and the cycle starts again. This album appeared as a need for myself, trying to find new pigments I hadn’t found anywhere else. I hope it might be useful for you too.
